No. Unlike other retail business & POS solutions,
SalesVu does not cost anything to set up. You only
pay the monthly fee for your plan (as listed above).
DOES SALESVU SUPPORT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS OR
TERMINALS UNDER ONE ACCOUNT?
Yes, our Cloud Basic and Cloud Advanced plans support
multiple terminals and users under one account.
DO I NEED TO BUY ANY SPECIAL HARDWARE TO USE
SALESVU?
No. SalesVu is entirely software-based. All our apps run
on iPads and iPhones, and if you are a SalesVu Cloud
Basic or Advanced user, you can login to your SalesVu
account from any device; all you need is a web browser.
If you need specific hardware for POS functionality, we
are happy to supply you with what you need at a very
competitive price.
IS ANYTHING ELSE INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY
SUBSCRIPTION BESIDES THE SOFTWARE/APPS?
Yes, the following is included with your subscription:
Remote Installation, Database Configuration, Migration
service from current system(s), staff training (live remote
session). The following are negotiable based on account
size: on-site installation, custom feature development
projects.
