SalesVu now offers a complete process flow for services businesses. For every project, you can now track the following statuses: Quote Created => Quote Sent => Quote Accepted => Invoice Sent => Invoice Paid
A. The Quote
The Quote is created and sent by email:
The Customer receives the Quote by email:
The Customer Accepts the quote by clicking ‘Accept’ on email:
At every stage, you can refer to ‘Tracking’ feature and check the status of email related to the ‘Quote’. At this stage, the status is “clicked” (meaning that the customer has clicked a link within the message) and you can deduct that Quote has been accepted
B. The Invoice
When the ‘Quote’ is accepted, you can send the Invoice by email:
The customer receives the Invoice by email:
At this level, the status of the invoice is opened because customer has opened the email :
The client can then accept the invoice and pay online by entering his credit card information.
Note: The tracking tool will allow you to know exactly the status of corresponding email to a “Quote” or an “invoice” at a time “t”. Please see the table below with the signification of all statuses:
To follow your Quotes and invoices, you can also browse through the Quote/Invoice report by choosing a specific transaction types:
