  • Customer Display – Displays orders from Square Register to customers so they can add a tip and sign discreetly.
  • Restaurant-Branded Smartphone Ordering App – All orders placed on this app automatically appear on the Square Register with pickup or delivery information.
  • Restaurant Website – All orders placed on the restaurant website will automatically appear on the Square Register with pickup or delivery information.

Optional apps that can be integrated with Square include free OnTheList, which handles reservation waitlist with SMS notifications; free OrderUp for self-order kiosks; as well as a number of other solutions which handle everything from gift cards and loyalty rewards to invoicing and order management.
Square is a popular payment processing solution that has already been implemented by many businesses. Under the new partnership, any business with an existing Square account will be able to download the free SalesVu apps and be running in no time.

SalesVu POS system: learn how Inventory and TownVu modules are helping EPO Computers!

His Facebook page and Youtube channel are linked to TownVu and he has received a couple of customers that called and ordered directly on his webpage. Thanks to the ability of uploading products in real time and the automatic synching, he can decide what he wants to sell. This is a very convenient way for their customers to place orders on the go.
With the inventory module EPO computers is able to identify which products are selling the quickest in order for them to reorder. This report gives them an overall view of the sales and the deduction of the products on stock, he can do it on a general level or per categories or products if he wants to run the report more specific. EPO computers uses EVO Payments as their merchant processor. The service they have received from them has been very good and the Ingenico card reader works really well with the system.
Santos and his staff are impressed with SalesVu’s customer service and technical support! They stated that the reps are pretty responsive and every chat and phone call is answered instantly. The tech support team is always calling back to make sure customers are not experiencing any issues and if they do, they try their best to solve it right away.

SalesVu iPad POS and Ecommerce Website are very handy for The Galley

Located in Downtown New Smyrna Beach, The Galley is a locally owned shop and it is the place to go for all your culinary needs.  Their premium infused oils and vinegars delight any pallet and take each cooking experience to a whole new level. The Galley sells  Ultra premium Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar as well as cooking and entertaining accessories. Business owner Cathy Jones told us that there are about 40 flavors of vinegar al oil, and that all are available at The Galley. The store and gourmet boutique allows the consumers to “taste” before they buy​ so they know and like the flavor before they buy it.

At the moment they are using the iPad POS System and the Ecommerce Website, which is recently a new SalesVu module they acquired. Cathy Jones, the business owner, told us that SalesVu iPad POS System is the first one she had ever used and she feels very satisfied with it. The Galley is about to turn a year enjoying our services in June 2014.


“At the beginning I looked at Quick-Books and Shopkeep, but they were both expensive and bulky or worse, too pushy for our taste. SalesVu is easy to understand and user friendly. It is not a bulky POS since having an iPad is practical and common.”

 

Cathy also said that:

Ubuntu Cafe and Bakery baked something great with SalesVu iPad POS System

A mother and a daughter in a small rural town in Manitoba, Canada opened a coffee shop and bakery a year ago. Located in a new library in Slkirk, they converted the basement of their house into a small bakery that supplies the coffee shop with freshly baked goods. Ubuntu Café and Bakery started building a strong customer base early on, selling artisan bread in local Farmer’s Market. Additionally, they became a catering business due to the numerous meetings that develop within the library’s rooms.

SalesVu iPad POS and the open tab feature are vital for Darryl’s Couch

Darryl’s Couch is Ventura County’s premier craft beer pub, featuring 11 rotating taps of exclusively craft beer along with an ever-evolving bottle list of over 30 beer selections. At Darryl’s they understand the passion for brewing and in the uniqueness of every sip of the golden liquid. The pub was first attracted to SalesVu because of the ability to open tabs for customers; a feature that is essential for operating efficiently a successful bar.

“We wanted a solution with an integrated credit card system that was easy for our staff to use, with a small device footprint, which allowed us to open tabs for customers while providing back office reports that were meaningful. Having a cloud-based service was desirable since we didn’t really have space for full sized system and data storage. “

Business owner Darryl told us that:

“I had seen other products that didn’t have the open tab feature which would have required us to write down orders and ring them in all at once at the end of the transaction. Looking further into the system I was also attracted to the merchant service rates, contract terms, and the application’s ability to track inventory and employee hours.”

Before SalesVu iPad POS, they were using a standard cash register that was purchased at the time of acquiring the business. He told us that under the traditional system, they were able to track PLU code, but that’s a great disadvantage was that the reports were only shown in the register tape.

Darryl considered other POS competitors, but he felt they were either too big of to expensive for what he was really looking for. Darryl also says that among his favorite features the finds that:

“The ability to open tabs is great. It allows us to easily and electronically keep track of a customer’s purchase during their visit. Inventory tracking is another great feature. The system will keep track of the number of servings we pour and alert management and staff when a product is near to running out. This is incredibly helpful when pouring beer from taps and you can’t see the quantity remaining in a keg. We’ve been able to easily track sales, see margin reports, simplify tracking staff hours, and anticipate ordering new inventory. “

We also talked about money and asked him how much money did they save upfront and ongoing using SalesVu. They answered

“We estimate that we save on average $50 each month over our previous merchant services, but the time savings that we now have by allowing our staff access to an easy to use interface, and management’s access to SalesVu’s backed reporting and management system are immeasurable.”

Technology arrives at the Falcon Ridge Farm in the form SalesVu iPad POS

Falcon Ridge is a family owned and operated farm located in the beautiful rolling hills of west Tennessee. Expanded throughout 250 acres, they specialize in growing fresh food and fun. There are over 40 different fruits and vegetables grown at Falcon Ridge.  Some of the favorites include strawberries, tomatoes, blueberries, blackberries, kale and sweet corn.  Falcon Ridge grows, harvests and retails everything that is grown on the farm.  They sell some of their fresh produce to farmer’s markets and have open their gates to the public to provide ole fashion family fun. The farm also hosts school field trips, family reunions and picnics.
